In partnership with the Council of Moeche, you can enjoy Mina Piquito, a copper deposit exploited until the end of the 1960s, and one of the most surprising speleothems in the northwest of the Peninsula. In the galleries there are still remains of mining activity, but what stand out the most are the vivid blue and green stalagmites and stalactites. For safety reasons, it is recommended to be over 11 years old in order to enter the mine.
To do this route, it is compulsory to bring water-proof boots/wellies and light (front, conventional flashlight or led). It is not necessary to wear a helmet, as it is provided by the Concello de Moeche.
