In partnership with the Council of Cedeira, the Granate georoute runs along a small fisherman’s path from the Sanctuary of Santo André to the Ensenada de las Cortes, where you can see a wide variety of rocks that are very surprising both for their color and texture, as well as a large number of geological structures, which reveal the intense deformation that affected this region 350 million years ago. In this geological route you will discover one of the most unknown areas of the Cedeira coastline.
The route has a high difficulty, due to the presence of sections with gravel, so it is advisable to wear hiking shoes with a lot of pattern on the sole to protect the ankles. The estimated end of the activity will be at 16:00 h., so you must bring food and drink.
